What are your operating hours?
We operate a service that fits in around your lifestyle so can be flexible as to when your cleaner comes to you. Most of our cleaners like to work Monday to Friday, but weekend cleaners are also available.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00.
Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes if you feel you would like to. This is not essential, but many clients feel more comfortable if they have met them before they start.
Do I need to be home when they come?
No. We are able to be key holders and come in on the day of cleaning and then ensure that the house is secure before we leave.
Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes. We always strive to ensure that we only use the most suitable candidates, but if you are not satisfied with the work then you may request another cleaner.
Can I make one off requests to the cleaner?
Yes. If you want a specific task carried out, please leave details for the cleaner, however please be aware that this will be carried out as a priority and other normal tasks may not be completes due to time restraints.
What cleaning products will I need?
You know what products you like to be used in your home. Please provide suitable products/equipment as the cleaners can only use products for the purpose as directed on the container. Please note that the cleaners cannot use any products containing bleach so please do not provide these.
What happens if my cleaner cannot make it?
If for any reason (e.g. sickness) you regular cleaner cannot clean for you, please contact us and will strive to get another cleaner to you.
Are the cleaners insured?
Yes. We have £1M public liability cover.
How are the cleaners vetted?
We initially hold a telephone interview and then hold a face to face interview in their home. If these are satisfactory, then we will get references and ID checks done.
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. You initially sign up for a 3 month contract. If after this time you wish to cancel your services, you will need to give 1 months notice in writing to us.
Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Yes. We will provide as many or as few sessions a week or fortnight but each session must be for a minimum of 2 hours.
How soon can I get a cleaner?
Normally we would book an initial consultation with you at your home to discuss your requirements and ensure that we get the right cleaner for you. After this, you would be appointed a cleaner who would be able to start shortly after that. However, on occasion, cleaners are required at short notice and this can be accommodated.
